Planet Zaria (ORIGINAL SPECIES)

The Zareans are a intelligent race of aquatic beings who live on a planet made of organic materials and fresh waters, they are loyal to their own kind and live to forever improve and protect their home, their people. 
The Zareans are known for constructing the most unique yet high tech creations ever known in order to carry out their duties, and strive to become the civilization to be open to everyone and everything, but to also create the strongest and most efficient protection system from any unwanted visits.
This is what their home world looks like;


About the planet
The Zarean's home planet is in ways, similar to Earth, except that there is no salt in their waters and is all fresh, it is also a slightly lighter blue than ours as well. It is estimated that there is roughly around 73% of water and the rest is land.
Unlike our Earth however, Planet Zaria's forestation isn't green, but is instead purple.
The planet orbits around a dwarf blue sun called "Shyan" where it was named after the scientist who researched on the sun for years before their death.
Planet Zaria's orbit is in ways similar to Pluto's, instead of orbiting around the sun in a circle, the planet orbits in an oval-like shape.


Seasons
The seasons are rather odd when it comes to the seasons on Planet Zaria, reason being is that instead of having Winter, Autumn, Spring, and then Summer like ours, the planet instead only has Summer and Winter.
it is unknown why this happens but it is rumoured that the planets core sometimes reacts the sun and increases or drops in temperature in milliseconds.

Summer
Summer usually lasts up from March to July.
During the summer however, it can get intensely hot that this can put danger on the Zareans. They'll need to be careful not to dehydrate, many Zareans in the past centuries have died due to dehydration.
As the years of this problem have occurred during this species lived, they have upgraded their technology to bring coolness and moist into the airs of the cities, towns, and neighbourhoods to decrease the crisis.
Beach homes, swim resorts, and so forth have been built to help aid the people from dehydrating immensely.

Winter
Winter usually lasts from August to January.
Winter is usually more of a benefit to the Zarean people since there is a lot more moist in the air, especially since most of the time it always snows during the winter. The only problem is when it is so cold, colder than the North pole here on Earth, that the Zareans do become greatly ill during these times of the year.
Usually the events and holidays are mostly celebrated during the winter time.

Holidays
The Zareans only celebrate 3 holidays, one in some ways, is very different to our;

'The Snow Show'
The Snow Show is simply just an event which takes place in the city plaza, a few people participate in the event by performing on ice as well as fireworks are let off during it. The performance usually lasts up from 9 in the afternoon to 3 in the morning, after three hours of the performance the people then make their way to the town's hall where they have their dinner, the reason as to why they have a dinner was at first to mainly help out for those who do not have enough money to feed or live off for themselves but eventually instead it was made into an event that everyone can take part in. It's not mandatory but it is recommended for health reasons. The reason as to why it's called the "Snow Show" is because during the time of December, it is the very coldest month on planet Zaria, colder than the Antarctic, so it snows somewhere around up to the shins of an average size Zarean being. It's too cold for a human to take it due to planet Zaria being made of mainly water and land. The Snow Show is very similar to Christmas, except they don't give or receive presents, they do decorate the plaza with ornaments and such but instead of saying 'Merry Christmas' and so on, it says ''Happy Snow Day!'' or ''Snow Day Celebration!'' etc. They tend to make their homes rather flashy for this time of year to give them a more bright and cheery atmosphere due to it being very dark during their winter days, the dark is very beneficial to the Night-Lurkers since their eyes are very sensitive to bright light so the flashy colours are a big downfall to this holiday, they would have to find ways to protect their eyes from the flashy lights during this time; They either arrive with protective shades or are given a visor to shield from the light. After the dinner, the people then go to the markets within the main plaza where they can buy ornaments based on the event or just go to a pub and drink. The markets and get together last for another 3 hours until it's time to go home again, and like Christmas, they get given cards!

Birthdays
in similar ways as to ours, the Zareans too celebrate Birthdays. However, for an elderly Zarean's birthday, they become very morbid as the Elder Zarean has their coffin already made and are shown it; whether they are close to death or not.

The New Years
Again, similar as to ours they also celebrate the new year, just the same way as we do; drink, party, and get together with their loved ones.

The Zarean people
The Zarean species has up to FOUR main genders;
Male, Female, Hermaphrodite, and Non Binary.

Male + Non-Binary


Both the Non-Binary and Males share the same height

- Average, which is common, is 15ft
- Shortest, which is somewhat common, is 11ft
- Tallest, which is just as common as the shortest height, is 19ft

The Non-Binary are born with NO reproductive organs, there are only 1/4 Non-Binary offspring.


Female + Hermaphrodite


Both the Hermaphrodites and Females share the same height

- Average, which is common, is 9ft
- Shortest, which is somewhat common, is 6ft
- Tallest, which is just as common as the shortest height, is 13ft

The Hermaphrodite can either be born with both reproductive organs or the opposites! (.e.g. Females with male reproductive organs or vica versa). there are only 1/4 Hermpahrodite offspring.

Sexualities

There are many sexualities in the Zarean species.


Hair
Some Zareans are born with hair and some are not, they can also be born with any colour.

Zareans aren't always born with a mixture of Neon colours, most of the time they are just born with one neon coloured hair.

Some Zareans prefer to have highlight in their hair though most prefer the hair they were naturally born with


Clothes and accessories
Some Zareans do not wear so much clothing but only a couple of cloths, it is usually done due to them if they're feeling comfortable or not.

The Zareans do also have accessories such as; shades, wigs, make-up, glasses, and so forth.


Tail-fins
The Zarean's tail-fins have four main purposes;

Battle - In battle the Zareans are capable of using their tail-fins as weapons, if swung the tail can cause a major impact on the enemy; the enemy would be flung across the room or area. The tail-fin is the strongest body part.

Protection/Defense - The tail-fin can be used as a shield from most weaponary for certain periouds of time before the Zarean is wounded such as; arrows, punches/kicks, and some swords (especially weaker materials).

Attraction - The tail-fin can be used as a sort of attraction towards the Male or Non-Binary Zareans by the Females or Hermaphrodites. If a female or a Hermpahrodite is able to lift up the male or Non-Binary Zarean with their tail-fin then it is meant that the two will create strong and independent offspring (although most of the time that is not the case and most just spend time with others to create a bond).

Swimming - Without it the swimming becomes very problematic.

Patterns
A Zarean is always born with black markings unless there is a genetic mutation from being born without any on their body, it is instead that they have permanent black paint and are let to paint their own or their parents markings instead.

As well as the Zareans, the Night-Lurkers and Dwellers also have the black patterns as well.

Zarean features

The main features on the Zareans is that they have gills on the BACK of their neck that stores most of the oxygen for when they're on land, they also have earholes that are protected by a thick layer of skin.

Eyes
Zareans can be born to develop up to 4 eyes, it isn't as common as it may be but it is rumoured that only the 'True blooded' Zareans are only born with more than 2 eyes.

Classes
There are 3 classes.

Upper, Middle, and Lower class

Upper class - Being the most richest and wealthier (They get paid more than the minimum wage yet they work less), Upper class are the most who own big industries and factories.

Middle - Being the majority in this class are paid lots but not as high as the rich (Get paid the minimum wage), Middle class only own the smaller industries and factories.

Lower class - Being the not as wealthy, conditions aren't as great as the Upper and Middle classes (There is a lot of work but only get the little less of the minimum wage, can end up very poor), only own small businesses but the workers are unable to earn enough living wage.


The Four Mentors
The Fours Mentors are the Government of society.

The four are Aku, Xanzir, Rital, and Isaac.

- Aku mostly take charge in the living conditions of the people, he's a right bastard.
- Xanzir takes charge in the currency and how much the people from each class get.
- Ritual is in charge of the the industrial side on the Zaria, takes care in building/demolishing building etc.
- Isaac is in charge of the Zarean army, he trains and prepares the Zarean soldiers.

Though in a few years they will be the in charge of the Zarean people so they are practising, Their Step Father and Mother were the one who built up the Zarean people to be who they are today.

- Father Valentine is the father who adopted Aku, Xanzir, Ritual, and Isaac due to his protective behaviour because of an attack on their home years ago, he used to be in charge of leading the Zarean people before passing that opportunity to his step sons.
:thumb618519542: - Mrs Valentine, or Mother Zaria was actually born a Night-Lurker, but she lived so long on the Surface of Planet Zaria that her eyes soon had gotten used to the light and lived the rest of her days as a Zarean. People like Mrs Valentine are called "Night-Zareans".

Species of Zarean
There isn't just one specie of Zarean, there are three.

One from the surface, one from the Underground, and one from deep within the darkest caves of Planet Zaria.

- The Zareans are a rather peaceful side of the species, however they will be aggressive and fight back when they need too. They respect others territories as long as their opponent doesn't disturb theirs, they would get along with anyone as long as they show no signs of threat or bloodshed, otherwise a war could break loose! The Zareans have Blue blood. Their skin is mainly of lighter sometimes pale colours.

- The Night-Lurkers are the ones with incredible power and do more of the dangerous tasks at night for their night shifts, they live in the 'Underground City'. They are capable of doing more damage to their opponents as they can be rather aggressive even when having fun. Most Night-Lurkers have more sensitive eye sight due to them being in the dark underground for most of their life! Some come prepared with anything to hide their eyes from the sun when they approach to the surface in daylight. The Night-Lurkers have Red blood. Their skin are mainly lighter black, grey, dark brown, and sometimes other dark-ish colours.

- The Imprisoned, or Dwellers on the other hand are completely opposite to the Zareans and Night-Lurkers, even though them being part of the same species, they show a lot of hatred towards their own people, which caused them to be banished into the Underrealm. They are the anti social predators of the group. During the darkest of nights they will use their camouflage abilities to hide and hunt at their will, even destroy towns and property if they wanted too, they do not wish to work with the Zareans or the Night-Lurkers because they feel "betrayed" by their own people. Using their own appearances as an excuse, which they took advantage of. They used their nightmarish abilities and looks to fright their own people, they were then banished to the darkest place know as the 'Underrealm'. It's easy to ward off their enemies, but makes it hard to even speak to those above them. They despise those who get in their way and are unstoppable once they take full control, and are quite feared by many as you have no idea when they will strike. They make excuses just to create more war and bloodshed, they love the pain and suffering of others. The Imprisoned/Dwellers have Purple blood. Their skin is almost jet black and colours darker than the Night-Lurkers.

Children
The children of this species go to Kindergarten to learn about the basic animals, plants, and activities from the ages 4-6. As the children grow up to the age of 12 they soon learn about the Zarean body and about reproduction, once the children get to the years 17 and over they learn about the history of war and are taught ways to help with living conditions, careers, and taking care of families. The children from when they were taught, after graduation, they are shown the real world and to live off their lives while still learning throughout then on.
The children are able to join the Zarean army at the ages 19 and over.

The Zarean mothers are mostly only able to develop up to four offspring for each family otherwise it would then become to critical for their body to take more than four. There are rare cases where the mother is able to develop an extra two, giving birth to sextuplets.

Families
Just like ours, there is always a family, one of both partners can work if desired too and the other takes care of their offspring, if both parents are working long hours and are unable to take care of their young then the children would have to look after each other.

Moulding Crystal
The Moulding Crystal is a very common mineral on Planet Zaria and is very useful, the crystal comes in two versions, the other is the 'Transparent Moulding Crystal', which is synthetic; created by the scientists.

'Moulding Crystal'

This Moulding Crystal is used for making extra organs and limbs for the Zarean people. Example if a Elder Zarean lost his arm in war, the doctors would use the Moulding Crystal to create another arm specifically for him.
It easily replaces organs and limbs that it has become a very useful material; it is so natural that it fuses rather well with the Zarean body, reason being is because there are small Moulding Crystal particles in the Zarean blood and bones hence why the species is very agile and flexible in most things.

'Transparent Crystal'

Not as useful for replacing limbs and organs; it's actually much more hazardous. Reason being is because it is a man made mineral which doesn't fuse well with the body, there have been times in the labs in the past where a few test subjects have had their synthetic or even organic limbs amputated because the Transparent Crystal was only causing more pain and slight mutations to the subjects, some have even been fused with the Crystal that it's caused them to look like monstrosities or failed test subjects before the experimentations were cancelled... Or so it seems.
The Transparent crystals are mainly used as windows, other household items, and other industrial purposes instead.

'Permanent Dye'
As the Zareans are born in most variety of colours, natural and safe dye had been created so the Moulding crystals can be blended with the rest of the body. Example is if a Zarean is missing a limb, they would mix a dye with the Moulding Crystal to get the colour of the Person, e.g. Green dye for a Green Zarean.

Creatures

The Warrior bird
:thumb654859501: The Warrior bird is a very loyal creature, in the past years between the Zareans and the Molterious they have fought for the safety of planet Zaria and continue to keep watch of all the people when they can. They are 30ft and can carry up to 5-6 Zarean soldiers. They are very stealthy and their beaks can break skulls.

Locations

- The Abandoned Mine
The mining facility in the Underrealm, this is only a small section of the facility.
This section of the facility contains a rare mineral on Planet Zaria.

- Main Plaza section - Fountain
North of the fountains leads to the Town Halls, West of the fountain leads to homes to most Zarean, East leads to the town and markets and South is to the beach and other leisure resorts. Picnics are usually held at the fountain.

- Beach 1 - Section A
This is only a small section of one of the biggest sandy beaches in Planet Zaria. This area usually has the best spot for watching the sun rise, and can also be found further away from the summer resort.
